At John Elton Consulting, we aim to provide top-notch NetSuite consultancy services and ensure customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy.

General Refund Guidelines

Refunds apply only to subscription plans (1-month, 3-month, and 6-month).

Refund requests must be made within the first 7 days of the initial purchase date of your subscription.

No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the start of the subscription period.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be processed if:

You are unsatisfied with the services provided by the NetSuite consultant.

You have not utilized more than 3 hours of consultant time during the subscription period. If more than 3 hours have been utilized, the subscription will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Services

Services rendered beyond the 3-hour threshold are non-refundable.

Custom development, integrations, and third-party services completed by our consultant during the subscription are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us at admin@johneltonconsulting.com with the following details:

Subscription type and purchase date

Reason for requesting a refund

Any relevant documentation or proof of dissatisfaction with the service
Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Modifications to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will apply to all new purchases after the date of the changes.
